Return Policy

Damaged Product
Occasionally products are damaged in shipping. Any damages must be reported within 10 business days of receipt. Please keep the product and the packaging it was shipped in. Complete and submit the Damaged Product form. We will contact you with return instructions and product replacement procedures.

Undamaged Product
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the following return policies apply:
Software and Botanical Print Products: May not be returned if opened.
Bird Feeders and Houses: Can be returned at your expense. Feeders containing software must have software intact as originally received (no breakage of shrink band).
Software must be unopened.

How to Return:
Product must be returned within 21 calendar days of receipt of product. Charges associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. Natural Selections will not accept COD shipments.
Product must be returned in it’s original packaging to the following address:

Credit on Return Items:
Upon receipt and inspection of the product, Natural Selections will issue a credit for the amount of the original purchase.
